Ways to pay

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Options can differ depending on your device, browser and bank.

Currency

All prices on carisia.store are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

Sales tax

If sales tax applies to your order, it is calculated from the shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when the order is placed. You receive an order confirmation email after the payment is approved.

Payment security

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers over encrypted connections. Carisia does not see or store full card numbers, and we will never ask you to send card details by email or phone.

Payment problems

If a payment is declined, check the card details and billing address or choose another method. For a duplicate or unexpected charge, email support@carisia.store or call +1 (270) 515-1807 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT) with your order number. Please do not send card numbers.
