Requests you can make

• Access: a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: fixing information that is wrong or incomplete
• Deletion: removing your information, except records we must keep by law
• Marketing opt-out: stopping marketing emails at any time

How to submit a request

1. Email support@carisia.store with the subject line “Data request”.
2. Tell us which request you are making and the email address used for your orders.
3. We may ask you to confirm details from a recent order so we can verify your identity.

Response time

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and respond in full within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.

Authorized agents

Someone acting on your behalf may submit a request with your written permission. We may still need to verify your identity directly.

No charge

There is no fee for making a request, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
