Which bags come with a long strap?
The Scoop-Handle Mini Tote, the Draped Tote with Zip Pouch and the Pleated Flap Top-Handle Crossbody each include a detachable long strap. The Buckle-Loop Mini Tote has two fixed shoulder straps.
Does any bag include a pouch?
Yes, every Draped Tote comes with a matching detachable zip pouch.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders to US addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 2–4 business days and transit takes 5–7 business days: 7–11 business days in total.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Returns and refunds
How long do I have to return a bag?
30 days from the delivery date.
How quickly are refunds processed?
Within 5 days of the return being approved, to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay for change-of-mind returns. We provide a prepaid label when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Can I exchange a bag?
We do not offer exchanges. Return the bag for a refund and place a new order.
