Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, email support@carisia.store or call +1 (270) 515-1807 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT) and include your order number.

Changing an order

Before dispatch we can change the colour, the item or the shipping address on your order. After dispatch, changes are no longer possible, but the bag can be returned under our Return and Refund Policy.

When a cancellation is refunded

A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 days. You will receive an email when the refund is issued.

Orders cancelled by us

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a listing contains a pricing or description error, or the payment cannot be verified. If this happens, we will email you and refund the full amount.
