Our approach

Carisia wants everyone to be able to browse and buy from carisia.store. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference when updating the site.

What we have done

• Headings and labels that work with screen readers
• Text and button colours chosen for readable contrast
• Forms that can be completed with a keyboard
• Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktop screens

Known limitations

Some content provided by third parties, such as payment or carrier pages, is outside our control and may not fully meet these guidelines.
